Quite a lot of your stress in life is the result of your failure to squash in your plans in the time accessible to you. So, producing a schedule will allow you to accomplish extra in less time. When forming your schedule, put all the most vital things on the prime of your list.

music makes you smarter, you have to do several things at one time, ex: french horn, even the slightest twich of the lip will send a note flying, not enough air will make it have a weak sound and cause tuning issues, if the hand position is not right the note will sound bad, some notes require the jaw to have to move to adjust to the not, the jaw has to stay still except for icky notes, the toung has to be pointed and fast, posture has to be good, concentration is vital, understanding what you are playing, sense of rhytom, and sense of pitch. (i could continue but i think you get the pic)

you see music takes lots of concentration and teaches your brain to do several things at the same time. try a simple instrument to learn, if you are young try the piano, if you are older try to seek out music lessons in your area and pick and instrument of your choice. (i wouldn't recomend horn for begginers)

hope i helped

There is a LOT more to playing an instrument than learning the "notes" or what "buttons to press". The only way to truly learn an instrument is to have a professional teach you how to play. They will focus on things like intonation, proper technique, characteristic sound, musical line, articulation, mood, etc...the list goes on for days and every individual subject is something that literally takes YEARS to cultivate. The bottom line is that there is NO WAY that a program, book, or video can even get you anywhere close to actually playing well.

haha that happens
but that happens when your feel nervous or around nervous I mean do you ever blank out with a close friend or family member
I think the best exercise is to talk to people as much as possible (get good at making small talk) especially people you don't know well

Not only exercises but also the diet. She also needs a good diet. Brain is also a muscle. It needs both diet and exercise. The games you bought are very well for the exercise (add chess too). And about the diet, you need to give her almonds, carrots etc. Also you can prepare a milk shake of Dates. It really works..
